Thank you for raising this! I'll be honest with you... we identified a few issues in .241, but I personally didn't realize the v1 issue. I've asked our QA and firmware teams to dive into this ASAP. One thing that would help is getting logs from the Hub... have you already submitted any? If so can you send me the log number?
I also want to personally apologize for not seeing these complaints earlier... I know you said many users were reporting this issue, but it somehow didn't make it to me. Would you mind pointing me where those reports are (Facebook, Wyze support, etc.) so I can make sure we don't have this communication breakdown again in the future?
