To be fair, multivitamins are very ineffective and if you are taking supplements, it’s better to divide them so you don’t take them all at the same time because they can counteract with each other. Or fat-soluble vitamins should be taken with a meal that has some fats, when iron is better absorbed on an empty stomach. Calcium and B complex are absorbed and tolerated better when they are taken as multiple small dosages instead of a full daily one once a day, on top of that, calcium should be taken separately from other minerals. Finally, long term usage of one supplement might cause deficiency of some offer element and cause one more supplement to be taken. So it’s possible to take multiple vitamin and minerals pills at different times of the day, especially if they have been prescribed. Its also possible that they just put them all in a organizer just for a picture and don’t take nowhere near close to this amount of pills per day.
