Amazing tales of a Fat-Hating delivery man(moved from FPH)

You know what, that is very kind of you to say, and I do admit that I need to hear things like this. Hell, part of me, I have no doubt, came here seeking validation. I know a lot of my fellow shitlords on here work very hard, and I definitely do not mean to imply that I work any harder than anyone else on this sub.

Sometimes, though, when I get home after a 70 hour week, I feel good. I feel like I have accomplished something. My mom, of course, thinks that I should be using my brain more than my brawn, but there is something very rewarding about this kind of work. Again, I appreciate your compliments, and I must say the fact that you tipped your men speaks volumes of your character.

I run into guys like you, and they are invariably(I am making assumptions about your character, but I feel they are at least close to accurate) the ones that we respect in this business. Not just for the tip. It is the fact that it is obvious you feel like you should be helping. It is in your nature.

There have been more than a few times that people like you have saved our asses while on delivery. Just off the top of my head, we had a sofa that had to go up into a loft. There was a very narrow, enclosed spiral staircase, and there was no way that was going to work.

I took a hump strap, which is just a thick, long piece of fabric, usually used by movers, and I wrapped it around my waist. My partner was having a hell of a time getting the sofa in a position to be slowly hoisted up by me as I walked backwards and dug in my heels.

Enter the customer. He helped us so much that day. He had the same attitude as you. He tipped us as well. Thank you again for the compliments. Hard work is not common these days because the obese have pussified half the fucking work force.
