smh sry ur going thru this. Don't even bother with ERC because this is a covid case and they won't deal with it, they'll just transfer you to the covid line. If you're able to get thru on the covid line and they ask you to press 1 for a call back, do it..because it worked for me. They'll give you a pin and someone will call you back within the day. ... HOWEVER that literally worked once for me. After that the covid line just hangs up on me. You might not want to but you should go out and get another covid test get both rapid & pcr, open a new covid case on a to z and upload the positive result [ my first test was negative and I took another one 3 days later and it was positive]. Even if it comes back negative, it's not like you're not sick...you have a doc note. Also open a new covid case and upload your doctors note. I'd just spam them with covid requests honestly because it's just ridiculous you can't get a human. Good Luck.
