Amazon merch invitation time

Take my advice and stop worrying about merch. No matter what you do, the Amazon staff will not approve you more quickly... your best bet is to move on to something else and periodically check your account to see if you've been approved. Since Q4 is just around the corner, I can guarantee you that if you don't get approved in September, you're probably gonna get approved on March 2018. This was what happened last year and likely what will happen this year.

I've been waiting for 11 months to get approved on Merch to transfer all my content from other PODs to Amazon. Got the whole social media following, quality illustrations and content etc and they won't approve (I've emailed them twice personally asking for fast tracking as well because my content keeps getting stolen by other merch copycats..) . I've taken all the advice given here, by regular redditors/merchers and even folks like Wizz and Michael Essek. Nothing works and i'm forced to conclude that approval isn't based on merit but on luck... there's some sort of random approval lottery in my opinion. (I make this conclusion based on the number of copycats being approved + the number of silly queries about 'how to use photoshop' etc on this subreddit when people get approved)

If you're an artist/designer, just use other PODs - you'll definitely sell on those platforms, but if you're just gonna transfer it to freelancers, i'm afraid it's not gonna be worthwhile for you to use those platforms because the ROI is very low due to the low volume of visitors on those platforms.
