Amazon rep sanjay is savage

My fun CS experience. I am having an "awesome" experience with Uber customer support since last month. I had raised issue how fare charged was much higher than initial shown though route was as per them and destination chosen was actually closer because there was too much traffic ahead and would have caused even more delay. Their receipt mailed and that on app shows different times.

Initial response was robotic so I asked them if they could connect me to a human as talking to a bot like human with auto response and no comprehension was a buzz kill. This led to their claim on chat to transfer it to a specific team. Now, that team has been looking at the issue for around 3 weeks and every time I message they say still looking into it and thank me for my patience. At this point I think I don't care for the amount but will keep messaging them as every month passes to ask as to how another month passed and if they got their Eureka moment yet.
