Has Amazon stopped using Intelcom for deliveries?

Unfortunately, Amazon is still using Intelcom, and Intelcom is still screwing up. I've been waiting since Thursday (5 Dec 2019) for a package that Intelcom's supposed to deliver. I wanted it delivered to a post office Hamilton. Intelcom tried to give it to Canada Post in Brantford to send to the Hamilton post office. Canada post said Hell, no, we're not taking packages from you. So the driver took the package back to the Intelcom depot (Brantford, closest depot to Hamilton). I saw this on the tracking and called Intelcom. They told me what happened so I asked to have it delivered to my home. The Intelcom rep took all my info and said it would be delivered Friday. Then I called Amazon and told them what had transpired and suggested that they stop using Intelcom.

Friday (6 Dec2019), Intelcom tried to deliver it the post office in Brantford again. Again, the post office told them that they won't accept packages from Intelcom. The driver took the package back to the Intelcom Brantford depot. I called Intelcom again and said: Please, deliver it to my home. The rep said sure, you can expect it Saturday. I called Amazon again and told them that they had to stop using Intelcom. The rep said she would call Intelcom about this.

Saturday (7 Dec 2019), Intelcom tried to deliver the package to the Brantford post office...again. Again, the post office told them that they will not accept packages from Intelcom. The driver brought the package back to the Intelcom Brantford depot. I called Amazon and update them on the stupidity of Intelcom. The rep said she would call Intelcom.

Sunday (8 Dec 2019), Intelcom tried again to deliver the package to the Brantford post office. The post office refused the package. I called Amazon and told them that I want a refund because this package is going to bounce back and forth forever. Amazon processed a refund to me.

I have other orders coming from Amazon. I hope they're not using Intelcom for them. I'll see if asking Amazon to not use Intelcom for my deliveries will do any good. The incompetence I've encountered with Intelcom is mind-boggling. If people keep having to ask for refunds because of this courier's incompetence, it's not good for business, Amazon.
