Look. That's fair enough. I'm not disagreeing. I'm trying to learn something and all anyone's saying is "It's true! Police shoot black people!" I've no doubt that they do, in some instances. But some people have implied that every black person dies if they encounter a police officer. That can't possibly true. And I'm saying that many interactions just go normally, but obviously they're not newsworthy. Then there's instances like this

Which lead me to question how many exaggerations occur. I'm open to answers, I'm just not getting any. I'm not American, I'm not black, and English isn't even my first language, so maybe there's some miscommunication and cultural differences here.
