Republicans offer some solution just a messed up version

Need income tax wells for families, do away with tax withholdings, lower income tax rate, more consumption taxes, do away with mean-testing for US Citizens & permanent residents for social safety net benefits (Wife and I are contemplating dropping my hours because we'll make close to $1,000 on state assistance. $100 shy of being eligible when we applied last year.), open enrollment paying taxes for those with income over X amount, dental/vision for those on state insurance, no out of pocket premium for those on Medicaid receiving social security benefits, do away with gaps in Medicaid coverage, lower Medicaid age to 60 years old, and have a progressive tax on capital gains.
