Those "Americans" who still refer to The Revolutionary War as The "American" Revolution. The inventors of compulsory education and "the media". The "elitists". Those the U. S. Constitution was supposed to protect the people from. The "witch hunters". Those who consider "planet earth" their "territory", to do with as they please. Those "the queen" calls when she needs something. The "puppeteers" - even of royalty.

That's the foundation "American Christianity" was built on. Though it's a bit crumbly, these days.
