Americans, what do Eurpoeans have everyday that you see as a luxury?

I was just thinking recently about how many issues come up with my body (not a lot, or terribly frequently, but things happen sometimes) here and there, which if it was a reasonable option, I would like to be able to see a doctor and determine what the cause is, what to do about it.. something, anything. But the only time I can go to any kind of doctor really, is if it's a life-threatening emergency where I have no real option other than going to the emergency room. And even then, I can't actually afford the cost of anything they'd do. I'd just have to not pay it and let it go to a collection agency and have my credit permanently screwed. Things like I may have some sort of hand eczema (they dry out and straight up crack and bleed a lot, especially when the temperature/season shifts), but basically I just have to sit and deal with it and hope it clears up on its own. I had a crack so bad on my knuckle the other day, that it'd hurt and literally reopen or open more, and start bleeding, whenever I'd close my hand at all. Looking at it and how wide it actually looked.. I mean, it was something that really could use some sort of butterfly bandage, otherwise I don't see how that skin will reconnect at the top of the cut, so it'll likely heal in a way that will cause a scar which may even limit that finger's mobility. My hands are always red, pretty much. For years, I've always had people ask about it, and I just have to say yeah I dunno, they're always like that. I just have to deal with it.

It's hard to even imagine being able to just... go to the doctor over issues like that, instead of just letting it get worse and worse, and hoping that it gets better on its own, or sitting around and pointlessly speculating about what could be causing it or what I could do about it.
