That is an absolute. Players are human, and they have emotions. When your leader is a super quirky emotional condescending pseudo-intellectual who thinks he's better than all of his teammates and they are nothing without him, then you'd show up to work unhappy, with no sense of togetherness, and like you're always watching your step or else your "leader" will be unhappy. It was a toxic workplace, and employees always function much better when there's a family environment, and a feeling of togetherness, rather than the feeling of just "work". Kemba is amazing, humble, has extreme heart, he will embrace the growth of Tatum, Brown, and I suspect this team to be like a family next season. I'm so excited.
