You are absolutely delusional or completely ignorant if you imagine that gender studies/theory isn't central to all contemporary human sciences.

Lets put it this way there are around 275 colleges nationwide offering B.A. degrees in gender studies and about 5 colleges offering B.S. degrees in gender studies. You know what that tells me? Gender studies has very little to do with actual current scientific research and very much to do with current political relevancy and interest. Gender studies is not considered a branch of science by any scientist, and any student or professor with a real bachelors of science degree, in science, will tell you the same thing.

Gender studies falls into the liberal arts field not the science field, that is why it is offered mainly as a bachelor of arts degree not a bachelor of science. Bachelor of science degrees require actual labwork and fact based analysis. Neither of those can be done in gender studies because it is an irrelevant field made up of unquantifiable data. Similar to psychology. Two types of "science" that are regularly shit on by the rest of the scientific community because none of your data is quantifiable and your "studies" are dubious at best.

But sure, keep pretending that gender studies is "science" as much as biology and chemistry are. You will be laughed at by the rest of the science community, you know, the ones with actual Bachelor of Science degrees. No one needs to ban gender studies from schools, because no one is interested in it. The major will die in a few years or be consigned to liberal arts schools, essentially making it useless like the rest of art degrees.
