An average sized Husky next to a Grey Wolf

I’ve fought a Grey Wolf before. I believe it was 1989, as I was taking a nature walk with my lovely wife we stumbled across a Grey Wolf. I spotted it first, and unfortunately it had spotted us too. It looked hungry, and after alerting my wife to it I looked around for any of It’s pack members. Once I realized that it was a lone wolf I grabbed my wife’s arm and we slowly backed away. The reason I grabbed my wife’s arm is because she panics in situations like these, so she’s learned to trust me in getting us out of those situations. Anyway, the wolf started stalking us, and I knew that I would have to fight my way out of this. I wispered into my wife’s ear, “If it charges us, i’ll take it down and you run back to our house”. After a few minutes of backing away, the lone wolf charged at us bearing it’s teeth. I turned and pushed my wife to the direction of our house, then turned back to the wolf. It had managed to tackle me to the ground. It’s claws digged into my chest as I tried my best to hold it’s neck up. In a burst of will, I turned it over and got on top of it, choking it with my sausage fingers (hehe). After a hard struggle, i choked the mean bastard to death before my arms and chest gave out. And that is the story of how i fought a Grey Wolf. They are really strong creatures, alot stronger than they look. I was a defensive lineman throughout highschool back in 76’, and that wolf felt way stronger than the 250-300 pound guys i used to pummel in highschool. Amazing, yet terrifying things.
