This is an interesting attempt at translating the traditional Bretonnians to Blood Bowl Season 2. I really like the Animosity (other positionals) on the knights.

First of all, if you homebrew ANY team and they end up in tier 1, then i think you've fucked up.

Better to err on the side of caution and make the team balanced against other mediocre teams. You're not homebrewing to win, you're homebrewing for the flavour and fun.

Linemen: This is literally just a 1 to 1 copy of the Imperial Nobility Linemen, which is a fair translation of the Bretonnian Linemen.

Yeoman: When comparing the Yeoman to other positionals of similar stats and skill access, they are actually pretty cheap. The Human Blitzer and the Imperial Nobility Bodyguard cost 5k and 10k more. The Human Blitzer has better skill access and better movement, but the human team is also a tier 1 team.

Blitzer: The Blitzer has a buttload of excellent skills, it has a great statline and it has access to THREE skill categories in primary. Having that amount of access to skills is very rare in 2020. Leaving them at 110k feels like ignoring that many other key positionals of similar ability and value got more expensive.
