an odd question that i'm struggling with now.

I recognize the fact that I can easily get into the habit of eating things even when I’m not hungry. Mine is a fiber one brownie after dinner and sometimes with milk. I am at the point where I’m thinking about maintenance and my long term relationship with food. I have decided to do my best to make a CONSCIOUS effort in determining whether or not I am hungry or just wanting to eat (or if possibly I am just thirsty but think I’m hungry). I don’t know if this is exactly what you’re talking about but my advice is to tune into to your body and try to determine if you are hungry enough for popcorn or if it’s just your brain that wants it.
