It's stuff like this is why social media websites like Reddit will eventually go the way of the Dodo because they're too busy trying to please their corporate overlords while alienating more of their own users in the process.

I hate to get political, but it's stuff like this is the reason why websites like Minds or Voat are gaining steam because people are just getting more and more sick and tired of these major social media websites punishing the rest of the users that have done nothing over stupid things that shouldn't even be a punishable offense.

It's not just Reddit that are having these problems, it's every other major social media platform in general such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and others that are giving their own users the Gunnery Sargent Hartman treatment every time a few people do things that they are not suppose to do these websites use that as an excuse to punish everyone in the process.

All I can say to Reddit and every major social media platform out there is that giving users the Gunnery Sargent Hartman treatment will not work out for you guys in the long run and if this keeps up then it's only a matter of time under decentralized social media platforms will eventually dethrone these social media giants as we know it.
