As an SP3 user, I dread the switch to Windows 10.

it's a swipe and a tap. Never used 8 on my surface, so I actually don't know many interactions it is. On my desktop it's bring up charms bar, taps settings, then brightness... so exactly the same.

In windows 10 it's a swipe, tap, wait for the app to load, and then adjust. In 8 it's a swipe, tap, put your finger on the button and then drag it up or down to adjust. It's faster, easier, and better. I don't even know why you want to argue about the ease of use of windows 8 on a tablet if you haven't experienced it yourself.

unlock the task bar, and move it when you want to move it. It's a mouse drag to move it.

That's a workaround, not a solution.

10 isn't finished.

It's releasing this summer, OEMS needs time with the finished product so that takes away some time. Features will get locked at some point, so the only changes that can be made are bug fixes, this takes away even more time. Realistically the OS is pretty much finished now, expecting huge changes now is silly.

what? no they're not. They're loading instantly on my surface pro 3.

Prove it. Everyone else says that modern apps takes time to load, even on beefy systems with high end SSDs and CPUs, hell even when they are cached in RAM they are slow. Here's how it is on my desktop pc: http://youtu.be/y6nnt93rUCI

that may be some of the issues. you're not on the latest build.

I'm not on 9926, I mentioned 9926 because that was the first public build that ruined my hopes for windows 10, the builds before it were great.

Stuff about MS listening

So far I haven't felt like windows 10 has been any different from the 7 or 8 previews/betas in terms of them listening to feedback, but I have given my feedback, but there's nothing wrong with talking about it here as well.
