An update on the fight for the free and open internet

While net neutrality imo is important, a lot of conservatives (myself included), and others find themselves asking why does it matter? Especially when there is already censorship towards the right, or people with "not on the bandwagon" opinions. Twitter, Facebook, Google, even Reddit. While I understand the difference between these social media sites and ISP's controlling everything, and so do many other conservatives.. it just seems very hypocritical that the most people who care about NN are the same ones who censor the most.

So, what will Reddit do to not be hypocritical? Because the major subreddits ban people all the time for opinions. You don't allow certain views because you find them to be wrong (not talking about illegal like Jailbait, but more like FPH and coontown). While subreddits should stay on topic with posts, and follow Reddit rules, other than that, it's just censorship, especially with the main subreddits or subreddits that hit /r/all.

I know that you have stuck up for the_donald and declared that it will stay, and tbh if I was a mod on T_D I wouldn't have censorship over there, but I'm not... but I find the majority of the rest of Reddit is a big echo chamber. There's tons of people who get banned just for posting on T_D. There's tons of people who say time and time again they get banned from /r/worldnews, or /r/politics for literally having an average conservative opinion. Worldnews happened to me on another account I deleted a year ago. Mods are power hungry and tbh assholes, and ban people for little shit. You guys have banned ideas that you don't like from the whole site.

So it's honestly hypocritical. I think that if you guys personally care about NN, you should also take a look at your own site and the censorship that goes on here. I support NN, but like a lot of people on the right that discuss this topic, I find myself asking "who cares?" when we are already censored a lot. I know there is more to it than censorship for anyone who responds, but this is a huge part of it. I also yet again want to make it clear that I support NN, but I just want to know what they are doing to fix the censorship on Reddit, or are they going to remain hypocritical?
