An Update on The Iron Crown Event

You're coming off as extremely entitled here. The reason players are so fucking frustrated and spend so much time complaining about games these days is because somewhere along the way (allot of) devs stopped carring about what players want(which you have clearly demonstrated).

When I started playing video games (about 15 years ago) devs and players would go hand in hand. They would be a team and work together to make a great game. These days devs live in their own fucking bubble.

I've lived through it, I saw as devs started getting more and more defensive of their decisions. Instead of welcoming constructive criticism they started shutting it down. They started thinking that they could do no wrong and that every decision they make is the best one. I don't know why this happened but it clearly has.

If your player base is not happy about the prices of your skins then fucking change it. Who gives a fuck about your analytics. Who gives a fuck if rich gambling addicts spend thousands of dollars on your game. Your goal shouldn't be to "make as much money as possible" or to "follow our vision" of the game. Your goal should be to work with your players to make the best damn game possible. If day after day you get posts that the weapon swap or finisher button are issues then fucking change it. Why should players play your game let alone give you money if you aren't willing to work with us.

As much as you seem to hate all of the complaining that goes on you only have yourself to blame. It didn't start out this way, it started out with players who wanted this game to succeed and wanted to help you accomplish that. Through inaction, broken promises and mixed up priorities YOU created this environment. YOU took players that cared about this game and wanted to see it succeed and turned them into bitter, frustrated assholes.

At the end of the day, shit rolls downhill.
