It's kind of rubbish. It's a huge improvement over the earlier version you showed, but that only brings it up from extremely off-putting to boring. Unless your theme is "fake stock footage commercial" or HR stock photo, this is just not a compelling image. This belongs on the cover of the manual or the "cast" page inside, not on the outside of the box.

Also, that is not how people in wheelchairs carry things. Part of the stock photo-ness of it is the weird mishandled props.
