Team Aang stomps both rounds. Canon Jedi have never shown the capacity to crush organs or snap necks. Even if they could (which we have zero evidence of), they definitely won't do it in character

Meanwhile, Iron Man is certainly prone to just flying up and carpet bombing the battlefield to oblivion. He's done it, on-screen, multiple times, so there's actually evidence to back up this claim. Lightsabers don't block explosions. You could argue they'll try to pull him down, but the Jedi team has to contend with Aang and Luke while trying to overpower a force that can launch a 200lb man at mach 8. All while dodging continuous fire from above. Not feasible at all. Even if they choke him through the suit (which isn't in character), FRIDAY takes over and headshots them since Force chokes take concentration. Or Aang and Luke take advantage of the situation

If you think about it, even one assumes Anakin is capable (he's not) and willing (he isn't) to crush Tony's heart, that doesn't win him anything. FRIDAY just takes over and now they can't pull the same trick against an empty armor. By the same token Aang could go straight for Bloodbending, which is just as feasible as any Jedi going organ stomping

Same team obviously wins R2 as well since Iron Man is the only character with sustained travel speeds exceeding that of a car
