[AnCaps] Would you be okay with nonviolent resistance to private property and absentee ownership outside of established contractual arrangements?

The state allows it. I'm asking if AnCaps in particular are okay with nonviolent squatter resistance.

The capitalist state allows it and I don't know what "nonviolent squatter resistance" is but the bottom line is that abandoned property is subject to homesteading.

Collective worker resignation to free themselves of their voluntarily agreed to obligations for the purposes of seizing control of their workplaces.

The fuck.... Well, you used the word "seize" so while I have no clue what you're trying to say, no, nobody has a right to "seize" something merely because they only agreed not to for a set period of time.

How about this in exchange... The capitalists gets the opportunity to free himself of the potential of workers using violence by executing them at the end of their voluntary contract in order to maintain ownership of the workplace that he legitimately and peacefully acquired under nobodies objection? That should keep everyone in check.

Maybe not at the beginning, but some people may want to negotiate a transfer of ownership years after their initial contractual arrangements.

Sure, they're free to negotiate. You're free to negotiate with your landlord right now..... You're pretty much always free to negotiate anything you want in capitalism, just as I previously stated. Problem is that the word "negotiate" gives either side the ability to say "fuck off" so I don't think you're really talking about negotiating.

Unless of course the tenant already agreed to not dispute the landlord's claim when the contract expires.

Right, like a modified non-compete clause. Like I said, there's already occasions where you can lease-to-own, I don't see how this is any different.
