The fact that she would even make that claim shows why she was so offended by the speculation. It's clearly a sensitive topic for her, one that she wants to kayfabe.

Some people want to "own it" when they get procedures done. Others want the world to presume that's how they always looked. I guess it depends on their reason for getting it in the first place.
