Andrew Thomas: “I played three years in the SEC at both right tackle and left tackle. I dominated every year and I feel like I’m the best tackle in this class.”

I don't think he goes past the Giants

Everyone is solely looking at Gettleman's "hogmollie" quote and assumes he wants the towering Becton or the uber-athletic Wirfs. And it's not like Thomas's 36 1/8" arms are anything to be disappointed about in the "hogmollie" department either, but that's not the main reason why I think he goes #4.

Jason Garrett is the new offensive coordinator and Marc Colombo (Cowboys RT from 2005-2010 and OL coach from 2016-19) is the Giants' new OL coach. Safe to assume they are bringing in the Cowboys zone running scheme, and Thomas is a perfect fit for that. In terms of size, he's a near clone to Tyron Smith (6'5" 307-315 lbs, 36 1/8-3/8" arms), and Thomas has the proven ability to play RT for the year and then LT for the future once you can move on from Solder. It's assumed that Wirfs or Wills can play LT, but we know Thomas can. He's also very highly spoken as a leader by his coaches, which is something I know is important to Joe Judge.

Quote me if you'd like -- I'd be shocked if the Giants didn't take Andrew Thomas #4 overall
