But maybe it is though. As so many points which were used to push Brexit through, like immigration or stupid passport colour or the ability to make laws, all were always in the power of the Brits. Sure, stopping all immigration would have been hard, but that is not even the goal of the brexiters. What was possible however was to stop people immigrating with no job in sight, no saving and no healthcare. That was always in the power of Theresa May to push for such change in immigration politics. No clue who could have decided for the new passports, but someone could have. NHS funding? Well also that was possible. But Theresa May had held a very low profile knowing that she had the power to appease brexiters. Now being at the forefront and getting all the hate, well too bad.
