--- conversation cutscenes, always(sometimes)

In Inquisition the conversations without cutscenes just felt impersonal and negligible, the slight zoom was not enough in comparison to Origins "hey, you and I are having an actual conversation" camera cuts. I'm thinking back to meeting Sten during his imprisonment and I can't help but imagine how lame of an encounter it would've been had there just been a slight zoom-in on the cage during the conversation. The world of Origins grabbing at me immediately was in part to this. I felt connected and involved. Basically in Inquisition it seemed like if it didn't have a scene it could be ignored, but in Origins everything had a scene. I guess this sort of segways into my next wish..

--- companion conversations in the field

I'm trying damnedest not to make this wishlist a complete Origins throwback (it's seriously my favorite fantasy RPG next to the Witcher 3) but I just miss randomly kissing my LI's bloody face in the middle of a battle field or shooting the shit with Alistair about

--- loading screen stats

This is less important but I felt like such a god in DA:O when I saw that my Warden was putting out more than half of my companions total dmg in stats. Like It's not really significant but even amongst the realm of npc's I enjoy a tad bit of ego stroking.

--- healing specialization

I didn't miss this as much as I thought I would in Inquisition as it was worked around quite well, but I would still like this to make a return in the next game. There were runs in the first two games where I just played the group medic and let everyone else get bloody, it was pretty zen (sorry Wynne). It just feels quintessential in RPG's IMO.
