Anger rises among Russia's doctors as coronavirus hospitals get put on lockdown

This is the rest of the world coming to terms with the fact that they can't escape this. It seems simple, if you've been reading reddit every day for the last 3 months, to assume that people will respond logically and shut down at least for a time. But if the rest of the world's response to the fire alarms that have been going off since January is any indication, countries will consistently underestimate their hospital/ICU capacity.

I hate to use the phrase "told you so." But frankly, I am more concerned with India and Africa than I am with Russia. They're supposed to be rigging western elections, surely they could have seen this one coming.
