Is anger typical for someone with Asperger’s?

man... i have freakout episodes when I'm in intense sensory overload. they're extremely embarrassing, usually result from long-building stress, and happen about once every few months. however, i don't lash out like this on people during daily life and if something DOES make me react like this I avoid it like the plague. there's a possibility this is autism rearing its head, but personally this would make me very ashamed of myself and I'd be seeking anger management therapy ASAP.

i will probably always have to deal with these meltdowns, annoyingly. however, that doesn't mean I'm not doing daily meditation and communicating with people around me to reduce the impact as much as possible. if he's refusing to even do this, you gotta tell him to get it together or you'll have to leave for your own sake.
