Aniah Blanchard bill approved by Alabama House committee

Mixed feelings about this bill, the judge for sure fucked up letting them out, those kids had a mile long violent criminal record, including kidnapping and attempted murder, but not letting someone post bail even with no prior record, or sufficient evidence seems unconstitutional and will be abused by the courts, especially in states like Alabama.

I'm in MA, a few years ago Jerry Remmys (redsox announcer) son beat the tar out of his girl friend, arrested and posted bail, after that he murdered her, MA created a thing called a dangerous hearing basically its a separate case where they way evidence and history of the offender, if they're found dangerous they will be held for a Mando of 90 days and can not post bail until the next hearing.

While not perfect seems like much more thought plan then Alabama.
