This anime is overrated!

The art is mediocre at best. A lot of the characters are drawn even worse than in One Piece, which is saying something. At least it's far more consistent than OP though.

I'm sorry, but do you mean the reboot anime? Which is created by the Madhouse, one of the best anime studios both in terms of design and animation? I suppose you've never read the manga, which is graphically a head over any of "the big three" shonens.

For instance, in Greed Island Gon fights the main bomber. Why? The woman was WAY WAY WAY stronger...

Oh my... you see, Bisquit is just physically stronger, but Gon has larger nen-potential and better battle techniques. Besides, they didn't need him to win, they had prepared a trap for the Bomber. While Biskquit and Killua were to defeat the rest of the band.

How did Gon get so strong initially? He didn't do shit! Characters start off at the age of 12. At least 2 years later, they are still fucking 12!

He was strong only if compared with other children + some weak men. At the beginning of the story Gon was 11 and 20 months later he is almost 13.

Every arc is a shit fucking ladder they climb. Just when you think they are decent hunters, ahh nope! The next ladder appears, and it turns out they suck ass

Well that's the point, they've passed the exam to enter the world of hunters, and now they have to face more and more impressive dangers. But it's not like all the good fighter are hiding somewhere, the heroes have known Netero and Hisoka from the very beginning, but neither Gon nor Killua could even hope to fight them. That's why they're looking for new opportunities to train, but when they meet really cool enemies - like the Phantom Troupe - they are still weak.

They are trash tier at the start, get a powerup in one night, get in to the 'game' (Which isn't a game, but has magical cards...okay). Once they are in, they are in fact still trash tier, but still made it in. When they finish they are among the top in the game. Yet, later we find out still trash tier.

You just don't understand the very idea of Hunters. They don't have to be super good fighter, their only aim is to hunt. Did you see any of really cool hunters being interested in finishing the game? (I mean the Spiders, Hisoka, the other Zoldycks, some Hunters like Morau, Kaito etc.)? No, e.g. Kaito had forgotten about the game at all! In fact, the GI is a place where hunters could make some money. That's why so little people were truly interested in completing the main quest (let alone some groups like the Bombers or the hired hunters, who were really close to the goal, which prooves that it wasn't an impossible task)

The only thing that was so special about the game was that it contained a secret message from Ging to Gon.

Kura swears vengeance on the spiders, then just kind of says fuck it. The spiders turn good for no fucking reason.

At the moment Kurapica is hunting those who hired the PT to kill his clan. He'll need more strength to kill the rest of the Spiders.

They turn good? What? They just protected their own city, do you think that makes them good? In fact, there are no 100% good/bad guys in HxH
