I agree with your post in the spirit but not in the magnitude. Leaving the nest is an emotional experience. As it is graduating, as it is [Spoiler]leaving someone behind one year. But i can't really say they were even emotional to the point of bringing me to tears. Those were just normal moments that every adult went trough, many times if they changed job, group of friends, city... I mean, it's not that emotional.

But if it is for you then more power to you. I'm just saying: it's normal to find people who does not see this as "moving".

Idk about you, but I've been in both positions myself.

We don't have clubs in my country, but as for hanging out with schoolmates after school, I did that when we were all students, and I did that in the same way when some of them graduated and I was still a student. Graduation changed very little. We were friends, we didn't stop being friends just because some of us finished the school.
