Oh, I "respect and admire" some mediocre youtube critic just because I don't think she should be mobbed? Did you read any of my posts on this thread? I don't like Anita Sarkeesian's work. I think she's a wannabe ivory-tower academic who does shallow analysis and cites TVTropes like its some kind of scholarly journal.

I'd still have preferred it if someone more competent than her had become the face of geek feminism, but since it was gamergate and proto-gamergate's bullying that got her all that attention, I only have you to thank for that. So, thanks. For fucking up yet another thing.

The one thing that I really do appreciate Anita is the amount of butthurt she's able to cause you people with such minimal effort. So I guess there's at least a silver lining.
