Annoyed with prosperity gospel

We often talk/joke about things being "satanical," and the prosperity gospel is honestly one of the things that I want to label as such: Christianity is not a tool you to prosper and experience success in this world; prosperity theology reeks of earthly obsessions in the same way Islam reeks of human carnal desires, because it promises that you'll get thic, sexy virgins in the afterlife, et cetera. It's all bullshit fabricated by man. Christianity is about bettering ourselves as humans and securing a place on the new earth – not amassing wealth on this one. It's an insult to the disciples and apostles that worked their asses off to spread the gospel and died in pain and poverty.

People are being mislead and I pray that the evil escapes the people that are pushing these false doctrines. Of course I believe that God can bless us with good things, but he's not some wizard that'll turn you into some rich twat, because that's somehow what Jesus wanted us to become. It pushes the focus away from Heaven and fixates on this one.
