I've been everything from a subway "sandwich artist" to somebody giving advice in corporate board rooms.

Entry level to middle management, 90% of people do the absolute minimum, and often less. I don't blame them for that, because they aren't rewarded for anything more and most people are never getting to the rewards at the end of the idiotic game. But they do the absolute minimum.

You see very few people doing the absolute minimum higher up, because they will be eaten alive. Downvote me all you want, but this is reality.

Most CEOs are pretty fucking miserable people despite all the wealth. This isn't "boo hoo poor CEOs" it's "you guys spend a whole lot of rage and anger on something you very poorly understand."
