Well yeah because OP's opinion is that most anime is some beta loser MC who magically stumbles upon some hot girl(s) who fall in love with him for some reason. They're coming from a place where they think that all anime is basically like this.

And like all of the series you recommended would probably turn OP away because they are exactly what the dude isn't looking for - isekai series with some loser MC who gets a harem of hot girls somehow.

Isekai is like the Hollywood marvel capeshit of anime in that it's just extra carbs that is factory produced because it's simple and quick money. At least on the bright side, Japan isn't spineless enough to start putting in those subliminal political w0ke messages that 99% of Hollywood movies do.
