Don’t know how overweight you are, but I am not in the best shape of my life and have been with my fair share with about 90% of them being 8+/10. I’m currently married to a model level Brazilian girl that is amazing and treats me right. I was that nerdy dude that had no self confidence and the best advice I could give you is to be confident in yourself. The girl seemed comfortable and semi into you so, if you want to make something happen, you have a very small window to do so. By the time you get in shape, that window will have passed and you will have bought your ticket into the friend zone.

Getting in shape is cool, but girls like confidence and smarts more than you’d think. The ones that you would actually care to be with could give a shit about you being a little overweight.
