I don't need to 'imply' it, I have stated this 'explicitly' in the very first comment that you replied to. And has been stated here many a times 'explicitly'.

If it takes you a multitude of comments to this effect and like five days to understand that I actually think the CR Assignment requirement a good thing, it means you've been replying to me without actually reading my comments. Which means any discussion with you any further is completely pointless.

And by the way, you've not sent your email address to me by DM as you've claimed; which corroborates with the abovementioned point further.
