Another confirmed positive case of COVID-19 in Kent County, bringing total to 4

The flu has already entered every community. It's already everywhere. Which allows it to infect and kill many people. This virus is still spreading. Given time, and without any countermeasures, it will surpass the flu in deaths.

Currently estimates are between 2-3.4% death rates. The flu is strong 0.1%.

We also have vaccines with varying degrees of effectiveness against the flu. We have antiviral medications that we know will help lessen the impact of the flu. We don't have any of this to help with covid-19 yet.

This will get worse if we don't take it seriously. Washing our hands will only get is so far. We need physical separation to help slow the spread of the virus before it overwhelms our hospital systems like it is starting to in Italy and soon will in Spain and France.
