Here's the bottom line.

First off, update all the firmware like you would normally. Get the H200 on the latest Dell firmware possible.

From there, with the H200 in a Dell. It does not need to be flashed. Unlike the H310, it has an appropriate queue depth on it. If you don't flash an H310, you get terrible performance. Not so with the H200. If you don't put the drives in an array, the drives are in JBOD mode. This is in line with the newer Dell cards that have no IT firmware.

From there, just set it up and test it. Do you see smart values? That's really the only thing I've heard not working. And I think in those cases there were some other factors at play.
