I care if it was 400 thousand or 400 million. One is a non starter, they other is 3/4 of a campaign.

Once we know what was said in Russian, then we can dig for facts to confirm if that was true or not. Seems reasonable.

Are Russian papers reporting 400 million? Their reporters were in the room listening to him speak...Russian. This should take about 30 min to confirm is you speak the language.
