Another week, same struggle

Heya, hope that things get easier for you soon! That does sound like a very tiring job.

My advice on dealing with stress is to learn how to rise above the world of thought, worries and mental judgements on the way things are. Practice focusing on the present moment, the feeling of your breath and the life in your body, and practice radical acceptance of everything that is.

By this I don't mean you can't try to change anything about the external world - but if you act from a place of acceptance and grounded in the feeling of the present moment, you can free your mind from the burdens of past and future.

Apologies if this sounds like a load of hippy bullshit. I only recommend it because this kind of practice radically changed my life and allowed me to fully experience every moment, without reality being clouded by memories of past and anxieties about the future.

And understand you arent a villain, or letting people down - you are a part of the universe that has become conscious, as perfect as a waterfall, or a tree or a bird. Trust yourself, and remember that the mind works best while relaxed, and not controlled.
