My previous post that someone in a wad about bankruptcy is my theory. Obviously they can’t think 3 steps ahead. Of course PACER will show, but I would not be surprised if within the next month or two, there is an indictment for capital murder.

There is also going to be some global settlement, I suspect, that has all the money that is now held by the administrative lawyers assigned to the estate.
