Answer honestly, is it worth buying a Note 4 at this stage? This is giving me anxiety.

I have been an Apple-fag since 2008.

I was going to get the new 6S+, ready to pre order it and everything, but I decided that I wanted a change. The Note 5 was on my radar, but the non-removable battery and no MicroSD card was a deal breaker. The reported issues concerning the S-pen getting stuck when inserted backwards also made me steer clear.

So I went with the Note 4. (I was also considering the G4, but wasn't a big fan of the aesthetics, and also doesn't have a stylus)

This is my first Android phone, and I am honestly blown away by it. I feel like I can do anything with it. Not sure what people are doing when they say their phone lags, but I have had no issues, it is smooth as butter. 3GB RAM, compared to my 1GB iPhone 5S is definitely noticeable. The camera. MY GOD. The camera is glorious too.

I am assuming the 5.1.1 update is arriving soon, according to this tweet. I honestly cannot see myself buying another phone for at least 2-3 years now with this baby in my hand. (This is coming from somebody who bought a new iPhone religiously every year.)

The S-pen is a fantastic feature too, might not be for everybody, but just drawing stuff with is fantastic. Once I discovered all the hidden features and took advantage of all the software functionality, it became second nature to just take it out of its little slot and use it as much as possible.

My battery lasts about 5-6 hours with daily usage, the fast charging is also a bonus.

I do not know enough about the Android world yet as I have just joined, but I do know this is a great phone, would definitely recommend it.

If you have never used a large phone though, it might be a little overwhelming using it for the first time. Also, TouchWiz is boring as hell. Nothing that a spice of Nova Launcher (or whatever launcher you prefer) cannot fix though.
