Robbins is a less evil L Ron Hubbard, and a predecessor to other con-artists like Tim Ferris. They pick up bits of and pieces of social and psychological tricks, but they have no successes other than getting people to believe they’re successful, and they create nothing of value. Their trick is getting you to believe in them in order to believe in yourself. They’re like MLMs selling your own confidence to you because you won’t believe in you.

It’s like how there are so many diets and food fads when CICO and getting vital nutrients are all that matters.

Be specific about your goals. Identify the actions you can take to achieve your goals. Take those actions. Be willing to follow the path you’ve laid out even if it makes you anxious or doesn’t pay off right away.
