Anti-androgens in the U.S. (east coast)

Well, think twice before you wish that. One unit has monopoly on transcare in my country, and they have pretty medieval views on gender. Non-binary for exsample is not something that exist in their diagnostic manual.. They require 1 year of RLE before even being evaluated for HRT, and most applicants gets sent home or rejected even if they wish to start hrt. On top of that they have been successfull at destroying the few private options that existed, and importing drugs is illegal, so diy is next to impossible.. The system is pretty good if you are already on the inside, and have the diagnosis f.64.0, but for all the people that gets rejected etc. there is no way around the system. A nationalized healthcare system works great in my country, but the specific parts that deal with trans care are horrible.
