Anti-religion in the military?

Oh, you must be agnostic?

Wouldn't it be nice if the secular community actually attempted to support a position for a change? Are you a legal expert? Have you consulted one? Are you familiar with UCMJ? OK, so I've ben working with military attorneys and have been a dispenser of justice through the UCMJ, sat on court martial boards, etc. I walk around Headquarters all the time, with General Officers, and see little ons, etc. with religious statements on them. It is really no big deal. And the lawyers, senior officers, etc. all seem to agree.

But you disagree, and because you say so, all of that MUST be wrong ... on faith of course? You are simply appealing to your faith.

I'd be happy to discuss it, but to what point? All the thinking automatons and sectarian trolls will not read what I write of have a mature disposition to examine a different view point. They will just down vote, like you, their emotions.

Again, the logical concept is not difficult. Claims require support, so when you make a brazenly asinine claim like someone is 'deliberately' getting the legality of the issue wrong ... that would require explanation.

None has been received for you side save that the mere virtue f higher rank (even in relatively junior enlisted ranks) is absolutely sacrosanct ... even though religious expression is protected. Even though reasonable accommodation is required.

One atheist Staff Sergeant with a temper and ego a mile wide, not only picks a fight over it, but abuses his authority to have someone fired, and severely and prejudicially punished?

Shockingly, the DOD's Highest Court intervened rapidly ... and someone, knowing how Game of Thrones the military can be, leaked it to FOX news, ensuring that the issue can no longer be swept under the rug.

But to all of that ... you have a statement, and a down vote. Worse, your legal view is wrong.

Again, I attempted to engage you guys like adults. I got the real response.
