No I just had one friend who was a bit conspirationist before covid and everything blew up. He brought pretty much everyone in the group in the rabbit hole with him on the span of a year. The few who didn't fall with them are just as much in disbelief as I am about the rest. The harassment come from a few in this group who still to this date will send me youtube videos with "proof" of a conspiracy and if I don't respond in favor of their disillusion, they insult me.

The one who spit one me was a stranger at the grocery store who didn't had a mask on and when I simply said "sir I think you forgot your mask" he just spitted on me. (I live near a bad neighborhood..)

And this is not to mention the uncle of my SO whose gone full conspirationist since the beginning of covid which bring a lot of unnecessary drama in the family. So no, on the span of a year and a half this is all the pretty normal bullshit people have dealt with since covid.

in my life nobody is being that dramatic.

It's not because it didn't happened to you that it doesn't happen to anyone. You have a tunnel vison problem if your world's view are only based on your little personal experiences buddy.
