Anxiety and stomach issues

That's a pretty common reaction to anxiety. I find myself that if I'm stressing about something my guts will start playing up. I wouldn't be too stressed about it unless you start to experience it continuing over long periods. And there's unfortunately no surefire way to combat anxiety.

I've been on different medications for it over the years but that isn't a magical fix unfortunately. Meditation/breathing exercises can be helpful for relaxing when you find your heart racing. Therapy to confront whatever underlying issue is setting off your anxiety can also help. I've recently gone back to therapy and found its helping me a lot this time around.
