Anxious about severe phimosis.

Hey man, I'm 17 and a couple of weeks ago, I discovered this as well. My dad is circumcised, and I never knew that my skin was SUPPOSED to be retractable. I had never been able to retract my foreskin, flaccid or erect, and I started doing research, and I eventually came to the same conclusion as you, phimosis. Basically what I did was every time I took a shower, I stretched the skin on the end of my penis. For a while, I didn't think it was working, but after a week, I started to see some results. About 5 minutes ago in the shower I was able to pull my skin back (while flaccid) all the way for the first time ever, that's why I came to this forum in the first place. Its gonna take some time until I can do the same while erect, but I'm confident Ill get there in a month or two. I saw the same stretching exercises you did, with the putting two fingers in, that also seemed extreme to me, right now, I literally just use both hands and just kinda pull the skin around, and I make sure to get all angles so it stretches evenly. Just some tips here, don't keep pulling if it hurts, take it slow, this process took some good time for me. Second, when I pulled the skin back, I freaked and nearly passed out just because it was so new, it didn't hurt or anything. Hope this helps, and I want you to know I'm going through the same thing as you, though your case seems a little more severe than mine, probably because you're older than me. Don't worry about that though, i'd say it just means it might take more time.
